Lead negotiations of CA’s that are in the best interests of the Town.
Expert guidance on offers and counter offers
Work with Town counsel to develop model lease terms and offer guidance on CA language/structure
Retain and provide any other outside experts needed during CA negotiations
Maintain thorough records of all matters covered under this RFP, available to Town on demand
Provide other similar services as needed in the best interests of the Town
Proposals for MGT-1228 are due by October 28, 2026.
