Salary Equity Consultant Services to determine whether full time academic faculty members’ salaries are appropriate as compared to the salaries of other faculty at the College based upon years of experience and educational attainment.
- Components of an acceptable recommendation to the Salary Equity Committee would include the consultant to:
a. Utilize data including years of experience in position, which should include years of experience at the time of hire, and educational attainment. Based on this analysis make recommendations, if any, for adjustments. Identify costs associated with any recommended adjustments in salary as well as a methodology for making those adjustments.
b. Develop strategies to communicate the review process and its outcomes.
c. Produce a final report of the study which must be approved by the salary equity study committee. This report must include a detailed written summary of the methodology used for the analysis, including at least one example of an adjustment.
Proposals for MGT-1231 are due by October 28, 2026.
