Organizational Consulting Services shall consult with and advise the University as requested by its President or his designee concerning organizational development matters pertaining to the University.
- Consultant shall include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Schedule and conduct development sessions with individual departments to identify organizational strengths, weaknesses and areas for institutional improvement.
2. Assist individual departments in the development of strategies and/or corrective actions to address institutional and departmental weaknesses.
3. Facilitate workshops as requested to focus on strategic initiatives within the institution.
4. Assist in the development of professional improvement plans for individual staff members as requested.
5. Make a total of 6 on-campus visits during the contract period (Tulsa Campus). Each visit shall consist of a minimum of 2 days on the OSU-CHS campus.
i. Provide written reports to the President / Provost as requested.
ii. Specific departments or individuals to be included shall be coordinated with the Provost's office.
iii. Be available for special projects that may arise during the year. If a project requires more time than is allotted, the consulting compensation can be renegotiated as agreed upon by the University and Consultant.
6. Additional services available upon request of the President/Provost:
i. Lead multi-session leadership development seminars with groups identified by the President/Provost including DISC, Enneagram, 360-degree assessments, or other leadership-development instrument
