The vendor is required to provide community recreation and culture advertising, sponsorship, and naming rights services to identify organizations that can enhance these efforts by offering innovative approaches to securing advertising, sponsorship, and naming rights for specific projects.
- Development of the required advertising, sponsorship and naming rights sales packages, including but not limited to asset description, pricing packages, and marketing materials.
- Lead the media and communications strategy to support the sales program execution.
- Design the collateral materials to support the sales program execution, such as letters of intent and associated agreements and sponsorship agreement templates.
- Negotiations with potential sponsors and naming rights clients.
- For each successfully completed deal, ensure all the appropriate legal, marketing and other documentation is in place.
- For each successfully completed deal, design an execution/fulllment plan that clearly articulates the respective roles of the city, and the successful proponent.
