- Promotional video for the city district is to highlight city natural beauty, strong sense of community, and unique coastal charm while showcasing its welcoming accommodations.
- Through stunning visuals and engaging storytelling, the video will capture the essence of Pacifica’s scenic beaches, outdoor recreation opportunities, and thriving local businesses, as well as the comfort and hospitality of its hotels.
- Needs assessment consultant will conduct an in-depth needs assessment to identify video content priorities and promotional needs through collaboration with city staff, discussions with agency members, and a review of past marketing efforts.
- Consultant will assist city in the development of a creative direction, storyline, and messaging that align with the city’s branding and marketing strategy.
- Consultant will collaborate with city and stakeholders to ensure the promotional video effectively showcases the lodging partners, visitor-serving businesses, and key attractions.

- Filming and production
- Video production, including:
• Securing necessary permits and permissions for filming locations.
• Scheduling and coordinating filming days.
• Providing professional videography, including drone footage if applicable.
• Capturing high-quality visuals of key destinations, businesses, and attractions.
• Conducting interviews, if necessary, to incorporate testimonials or voiceovers.
- Provide options for professional voiceover artists and music selection to enhance the promotional video’s impact.
- Post-production editing, including:
• Video trimming and sequencing.
• Incorporating graphics, logos, and call-to-action elements.
• Enhancing visuals with color correction and special effects.
• Syncing voiceover and background music.
• Adding subtitles or closed captions if required.
- Provide the city with the final promotional video in multiple formats suitable for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Consultant will prepare monthly reports reflecting the progress of the video production, including completed tasks, upcoming milestones, and any adjustments to the project timeline.
- Provide recommendations on how to best distribute and promote the video across different channels to maximize its reach and effectiveness.
