- This project aims to enhance the promotion of the region through creative video and photography content, tourism brochures and social media materials.
- Promotional video:
• A professionally produced video showcasing an array of the district’s tourism offerings such as: trails, parks, beaches, landmarks, accommodations, museums, markets, eateries, waterfronts, etc.
• The video will depict our cultural diversity with elements of state and cultural heritage; and include reference to our historic ties to the ocean and our fishery in our communities.
• The footage timing should be based around existing annual community events.
- Brochures
• Design of marketing brochures that can be used in both print and digital form; that will be distributed to key locations or placed online to inform visitors about local attractions and events with similar content as depicted in video.
- Photography
• We are actively building a comprehensive photo inventory, with many images already available for use in this project if suitable.
• Should additional photography be required it would be preferred to subcontract with a local photographer, and that the images produced as part of this project become the property of the agency upon completion.
- Social media content development
• Creation of engaging digital content comprised of created material as part of this project (photography, short videos) and written posts optimized for platforms such as Facebook or Instagram.
- Other
• The agency welcomes innovative marketing tools or approaches not explicitly listed, as long as they effectively contribute to our goal of developing high-quality marketing materials.
