Outdoor Summer Event Production Services

The vendor is required to provide outdoor summer event production services for include:
1. Provide and coordinate to meet artist & performance rider provided specifications:
• Stage(s): 260 stage line set up & build
• Transportation
• FOH (front of house) and monitor mix positions
• Audio package
• Backline equipment (as needed per rider)
• Power distribution (generators, cabling, and distro boxes)
• Lighting rig (festival-style with programmable scenes)
• Trussing and rigging
• Video wall for displaying sponsorship unveil video
• Full equipment setup, operation, and teardown
• Dedicated audio, lighting, and video technicians on-site
• Stage and production manager(s) to coordinate artist transitions
• Ensure compliance with all safety codes and regulations
• Provide documentation: insurance, WCB coverage, safety plan, equipment certifications and agency business license
• Permits

• Dedicated audio, lighting, and video technicians on-site
• Stage and production manager(s) to coordinate artist transitions
• Ensure compliance with all safety codes and regulations
• Provide documentation: insurance, WCB coverage, safety plan, equipment certifications and agency business license
• Permits.
