Municipal Strategic Planning Services

The vendor is required to provide strategic planning services on an as-needed basis under a standing offer agreement, including training, tools and templates, and facilitation processes that align with the municipality’s goals.
• Reviewing the municipality’s present vision/mission and strategic initiatives
• Scanning the important issues in and across the county
• Supporting a clear and refreshed sense of mission and defined priorities
- External relations
• Supporting intergovernmental and stakeholder engagement
• Facilitating community consultations and communications
- Improving decision making
• Assisting with development of strategic priorities and integrated planning processes
- Project manager
• The CAO will act as project manager under each standing offer call-up.
- Contract Period/Term: 2 years
