Apparel Awards Promotional Items Signage and Related Services

The vendor is required to provide, on an as-needed basis, a range of products and services including branded apparel, promotional merchandise, awards, and signage. 
- This can include but is not limited to customized apparel, promotional items, or signage.
- Proposal should include all related fees such as:
• Set-up fee
• Imprinting fee
• Engraving fee
• Embroidery fee
• Shipping/freight
- Proposals should include:
• Percentage of discount rate
• Return policy for damaged goods, customized and generic, unsatisfactory quality, and defective products.
• Provide a designated customer service contact information and hours of operation.
• Your process/procedure on addressing delayed shipment/late product arrivals or other discrepancies.
• Customized apparel and accessories: t-shirts, hats, shorts, etc.
• Customized non-apparel: wristbands, bows, pencils/pens, cups, lanyards, megaphones, pom poms, etc.
• Awards: gifts, trophies, ribbons, achievement pins, plaques, certificates, engraving and other recognition materials.
• Banners: signage, banners, vinyl wraps and other advertising materials.
• Identifying items: name tags/plates, badges, and other distinguishing supplies.
• Other products or services not listed above. - Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis.
