Bench and Transit Shelter Advertising Services

The Vendor is required to provide the firm agrees to design, supply, install, remove, replace and maintain benches with advertising for the municipality within the geographical areas of the town as outlined in this agreement subject to the following terms and conditions.
- A maximum of thirty (30) benches may be installed. A maximum of ten (10) transit shelters may contain advertising, shelters.
- All benches that are to be provided shall be designed as follows:
• Park type benches with concrete ends, wooden seats and back rests or a suitable alternative.
• Approximately 4’ high, 7’ long and 2’ wide.
• Installed on a poured concrete pad.
• One advertising face on the backrest of the bench measuring approximately 2’x6’ and mounted on the front of the bench.
- Any grass or garbage will be removed from around the area of the benches.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
