The vendor is required to provide strategic plan implementation support and executive coaching consulting services.
- These services are needed to assist the campus with putting into action the strategic plan that was methodically developed this past year as a result of a multi-step, comprehensive, thoughtful, campus-wide process which occurred over a 10-month period (September 2024 – June 2025).
- The new services needed, to be provided at up to 20 hours per month, starting at the end of august 2025, and running for 12 months through to the end of August 2026, will include the following: assisting with continued stakeholder engagement and communications; change management and process improvement; support regarding campus-wide accountability management and associated monitoring and reporting; and, assisting with implementation of the plan through governance bodies, divisions, and departments.
- In conjunction with these services, the consulting firm will also provide, starting at the end of January 2026 and running through the end of August 2026 (7 months), up to 5 hours per month of executive coaching services for the campus’s executive leaders, in individual and team sessions.
- Coaching services can include helping to update and optimize cabinet operations in order to best foster and support strategic plan implementation.
