The Vendor is required to provide for the supply, manufacturing, delivery, installation, training, and commissioning of a multimedia system for the university event center.
- Specifically for the ice rink and its adjacent spaces, the event room, the lobbies, and circulation hall.
- The different systems are:
• Sound systems;
• Audio source management and control system;
• Video display;
• Digital signage system.
- Responsible for certifying the compliance of all components, verifying the assembly, supervising the final installation, programming, calibration, and guaranteeing the technological performance according to the desired concept explained in the document.
- Provide the tools and equipment required for their work.

- They represent all architectural, electromechanical, structural elements, and any other element likely to interfere with their work or, conversely, any potential conflict that their work may cause to other contractors' work.
- They include, but are not limited to: technical specifications, dimensions, color, model number of the device, and any other relevant information identifying the product.
- Multimedia System
• Integration of the sound system into the structure of the ice rink
• Different fastening and hanging systems
• Acoustic simulation of the ice rink’s sound system to ensure proper coverage
• Labeling and engraving work (typical)
• Complete single-line diagrams of the multimedia systems
• Interconnection plates
• Pages of the graphical interface for touch controls.
- Must perform all software and firmware updates for the systems until the final acceptance of the work.
- All programming or graphic rights related to the realization of automation interfaces or device programming are transferred to the Owner by the Contractor.
- Must provide an operation and maintenance manual as well as the final plans related to the systems it has installed.
- The documentation, provided in electronic format, is included in a single organized file to include all files. Generally, the information is submitted in PDF format. When requested, source files in Word, Excel, and DWG formats are provided.
- Provides the requested information on a USB key, configured as read-only. The files are organized into folders and subfolders to facilitate search and navigation.
- Must install all cables in a way that avoids interference, electromagnetic or electrostatic disturbances, and grounding issues.
