The Vendor is required to provide for content strategy and creative production services across traditional media, social media, and public relations for department.
- Research and write content for paid and owned media, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
- Possess deep understanding of social media best practices and trends in order to provide strategic creative counsel that delivers measurable results.
- Develop content strategy with multiple creative tactics and present original, varying and captivating solutions to briefs that engage target audiences and resonate with the population of the state.
- Develop the layout and production design, iconography and illustrations for marketing materials, such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, social media, and web pages.
- Develop the overall layout and production design for event activations, physical installations and other in-person experiences.
- Build on current brand guidelines to visually represent the campaign to audiences
- Creative presentation and ideation including but not limited to creative briefs, concept pitches, mood boards, script ideas, creative approaches, scene breakdowns, and sample dialogue.
- Creative development and production planning including but not limited to budgeting, vendor management, contract negotiation, licensing, script writing, storyboarding, shot lists, staffing, schedules, location scouting, casting, and art direction.
- Postproduction services including but not limited to editorial planning and oversight, editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery of assets.
- Ability to secure (independently or through partnerships) paid media across various social media and digital platforms to effectively reach the target audience, aligning with campaign goals while managing budget constraints, and continuously monitoring performance to optimize results through data analysis and adjustments as needed.
- Create assets to include but not limited to: paid media, digital media, print media, and social media content.
