Real Estate Marketing and Brokerage Services

The vendor is required to provide real estate marketing and brokerage services for the marketing and disposition of its real estate owned single family portfolio.
- Real Estate Brokerage Service will include, on an as-needed basis:
A. Complete Broker Price Opinions;
B. Advise Corporation on expected selling price range as well as listing price;
C. Provide valuation model utilized to determine expected selling price and proposed listing price;
D. Advise Corporation concerning market conditions and expected time to sell;
E. Develop a sales strategy and marketing plan for each property;
F. Provide access to broker networks including listing properties on residential real estate listing websites;
G. Provide and review documents related to sales and assist in the closing of sales;
H. Marketing and showing properties to prospective buyers;
I. Work with prospective buyers, as well as other real estate agents or brokers, to facilitate offers and negotiate sales agreements; and
J. Such other real estate services as may be requested by Corporation from time to time.
