RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide an advertising media planning and buying agency, including, but not limited to, planning, negotiating, buying, stewardship and reporting of broadcast, newspaper, digital, social, Out-of-Home media, experiential events and sponsorship activations, experiential event and activation planning and advertising-related market analysis.
- Advertising shall not:
•    Display guns, alcohol, tobacco, improper attire or imply lewd or indecent language, images or actions;
•    Imply or portray any illegal activity;
•    Make fun of others’ pain, misfortune, impairment or physique;
•    Degrade the image or status of persons of any ethnic, minority or religious group;
•    Show any form of cruelty and/or abuse of animals;
•    Exploit a person, specific group or economic class; or
•    Solicit children.

•    Social media design package (templates, icons, motion assets)
•    Brand guidelines / style guide

•    Paid ad campaign management (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
•    Media buying and optimization (targeting, A/B testing, performance tracking)
•    Creative copywriting for ads and campaigns
•    Local, regional, or co-branded campaign execution

•    Retargeting / remarketing campaigns

•    Website or landing page development and maintenance

•    Influencer outreach and collaboration strategy

•    Video production (ads, testimonials, product videos)

- Public Relations & Communications
•    PR strategy and media outreach
•    Press release writing and distribution
•    Event coordination and launch management
•    Media training and spokesperson preparation
- Analysis & Optimization
•    Monthly performance reports and return on investment (ROI) tracking
•    Brand awareness and sentiment studies
•    Social listening insights and trend analysis
•    Campaign audits and performance benchmarking.
- The best media channels to effectively reach target audience;
- Allocation of dollars by media and designed market area, or measured geography, with research-based rationale concerning selected tactics;
- Conduct market research and stakeholder analysis to determine key audience demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers;
- All media placements must be approved in advance with a Media Authorization.
