The Vendor is required to provide an advertising media planning and buying agency, including, but not limited to, planning, negotiating, buying, stewardship and reporting of broadcast, newspaper, digital, social, Out-of-Home media, experiential events and sponsorship activations, experiential event and activation planning and advertising-related market analysis.

• Display guns, alcohol, tobacco, improper attire or imply lewd or indecent language, images or actions;
• Imply or portray any illegal activity;
• Make fun of others’ pain, misfortune, impairment or physique;
• Degrade the image or status of persons of any ethnic, minority or religious group;
• Show any form of cruelty and/or abuse of animals;
• Exploit a person, specific group or economic class; or
• Solicit children.
