School Picture and Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide for School Picture and Photography Services.
- This proposal includes, but is not limited to the following:
•    Individual student pictures in grades pre-kindergarten through the eleventh grade;
•    Senior pictures;
•    Classroom group pictures at the elementary level;
•    Group pictures (cheerleaders, sports teams, clubs, band, orchestra, etc.);
•    Panoramic pictures;
•    Sporting event pictures; and
•    Videotaping of special events (i.e., sporting events, fine arts events, prom, graduation, etc.).
- Any requests by a parent/student for items not offered in packages should be arranged directly between the Contractor and the parent/student.
- Campuses and/or individual clubs, groups or organizations within a campus will determine which Photography services they wish to use based on the following, but not limited to:
•    Benefit to school and/or organization,
•    Price, and
•    Availability.
