Marketing and Graphic Design Services

The Vendor is required to provide to design and develop marketing materials that highlight the benefits of doing business in the City and encourage domestic and international business entities to relocate to the community.
- All outcomes are as follows, but not limited to:
•    Create a one-page document or brochure that positions the city as a “destination for innovation,” and a place dedicated to improving and showcasing its economic assets that support quality of life.
•    Develop promotional marketing materials that position the city as a prime destination for investment by showcasing the city’s economic strengths and growth potential.
•    Launch an awareness building campaign to promote the economic development incentives that city offers to businesses who choose to do business within the city.
•    Develop a data-driven opportunity zone investment prospectus that highlights city designated federal opportunity zones and encourages investment in alignment with the city’s economic development goals.
- Consultant should prepare the proposal with the assumption that it will have the responsibilities, with city support, to research and collect relevant data to produce satisfactory marketing materials that meet the City needs.
