Infographic Design, Web-Based Report Design, and Multimedia Content and Strategy Services

The Vendor is required to provide infographic design, web-based report design, and multimedia content and strategy services for include:
- Web-based report planning
• Conduct a thorough review of the draft written report (to be provided).
• With the department project team, identify content for inclusion in the web-based report.
• Create a strategy for integrating the web-based report on the department commission WordPress website.
• Participate in, provide updates, and address workflow needs at monthly check-in meetings (in-person or virtual) with the department and state sea grant project teams.
- Web-based state sea level rise vulnerability and adaptation report design and development
• Design and support publishing an innovative web-based version of the report, integrating written and technical content from the draft written report and linked to or integrated into existing state website(s).
• Support publishing (launch) of the web-based report with department staff.
- Digital illustration and infographic design
• Develop images, maps, figures, infographics and other digital elements to be integrated in the written and web-based reports.
• Infographics for the written and online report should gain attention and effectively communicate to and educate various user groups on key aspects of the reports.
- Multi-media content and social media toolkit
• Develop a multi-media strategy and produce digital content, including imagery, video, infographics, and engaging language for a multi-media campaign to be implemented by the state for engaging a broad range of users through social media and legacy media outlets.
• Capture or gather video and photo images to be used in the multi-media campaign and report, ensuring legal use of video and images by the state.
• Sufficient adaptable social media content for a six-month informational and educational campaign following the release of the report.
- Testing and quality assurance
• Conduct thorough testing of the web-based report across multiple platforms and devices through first, second, and third (pre-final) drafts.
• Work with the project team and state enterprise technology services to get the web-based report published on the commission website and in testing and quality assurance.
• Ensure future seamless integration of updates and new content by department commission staff.
- Training and documentation
• Comprehensive training to commission staff on managing and updating the website through WordPress.
