Communications Consulting Services

Communications Consulting Services to support and facilitate the community engagement component of its upcoming strategic planning process.
- Services will be required to:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement plan to involve the full diversity of the Indian Prairie community.
- Conduct approximately 20 - 30 small-group, in-person focus group interviews (90 minutes each) across the district.
- Maintain verbatim recordings of all focus group sessions.
- Conduct individual interviews with key stakeholders, providing detailed summaries or verbatim transcripts where permitted.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling to include normal work days, evenings, and occasional weekend hours to maximize participation.
- Provide synthesis and analysis of the findings to the Steering Committee regarding major themes for consideration in the strategic plan.
- All data, transcripts, and recordings collected during this engagement are the property of Indian Prairie School District. The selected firm must ensure all data handling and information sharing are performed in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The selected firm must comply with all other relevant state and federal laws.
