Technical Production Services for Special Events

Vendors to provide comprehensive event technical production services for select university hosted special events. Services may support commencement ceremonies, leadership meetings, campaign events, building dedications, groundbreaking ceremonies, conferences, donor events, and other university programs. Services shall be provided on an asneeded basis.
- The vendor shall provide complete technical production services for university events, including but not limited to:
• Audio and sound production
• Video production, projection, LED displays, and live streaming
• Stage and environmental lighting
• Technical direction and show calling
• Event production management
• Asset development and multimedia production
• Scenic design, CAD renderings, and production planning
• Camera direction and video recording
• Teleprompter services
• Venue technical assessments
• Technical support for indoor and outdoor events
• Coordination with venue personnel, decor vendor, public safety officials, crowd management companies, and other third-party vendors.
