Cloud-hosted, scalable, and secure Media Marketing Monitoring and Associated Service
- Vendors to provide a comprehensive communications intelligence platform should allow searches, dashboards, and alerts to be organized by each Universities institution, while also providing system-wide reporting.
1. Marketing Monitoring:
- Ability to provide timely, configurable alerts for identified coverage, emerging issues, increases in coverage volume, and other specified criteria
- Ability to provide media contact databases and tools to identify, organize, search, and manage relevant media contacts.
- Ability to support media outreach, including contact list development, email distribution, outreach tracking, and related communications functions, if available
- Ability to provide reporting and analytics that measure coverage volume, reach, trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Ability to integrate media monitoring with social media monitoring, broadcast monitoring, crisis management, reporting, and other communications functions.
2. Social Media Monitoring and Scheduling:
- Ability to monitor relevant social media platforms for mentions, conversations, comments, posts, hashtags, keywords, trends, and other activity related to CSCU and its institutions.
- Ability to schedule, approve, manage, and publish content across multiple social media platforms and accounts from a centralized platform.
- Ability to support multiple users, accounts, institutions, roles, and permissions.
- Ability to provide content calendars and tools to organize, review, schedule, and manage social media content.
- Ability to manage and organize social media assets including images, video, links, and other content.
- Ability to track and report on individual campaigns and content across multiple social media platforms.
- Ability to provide analytics and reporting on reach, impressions, engagement, audience growth, engagement rates, trends, and other relevant performance metrics.
- Ability to support crisis management through real-time monitoring, alerts, trend identification, and integration with broader monitoring capabilities.
