1. Respondent panel
• Country national polling with weighting and quotas to create a representative sample, to a margin of error of 5% or less
• Ability to poll state in French and provide translation services for questionnaires
• Translation of text-format poll responses from French to english
• Polling within state to a margin of error of 5% or less
• Polling within state which maintains a margin of error of 5% or less when subdivided between Edmonton area, and rest-of-province
• Polling to a 5% margin of error within the geographic areas.
• Ability to procure polling responses from specific market segments, as defined by the university, on a country national scale (e.g., business leaders, academics/researchers, recent graduates)
2. Research design and execution services
• Qualitative and quantitative methods, representative sampling and quota services, and project management
• Public opinion polling
• Focus groups, diary studies, observation studies, and other market research methods
• In-organization studies, such as staff engagement surveys
• Voice-of-customer methodologies
• Usability studies of websites and mobile applications
3. Analytics services
• Analysis and reporting based on proponent’s research which includes data visualizations, annotations, analysis, and insights interpreted from collected data
• Ability to present results to stakeholders and/or offer debrief and Q&A sessions once results are available
• Ability to supply complete response data for in-house analysis
• Analysis of data provided by the university, as well as data collected by proponent, with data format examples including longitudinal survey data, poll data, web analytics, digital advertising results, and qualitative text
4. Marketing channel performance benchmarking
• Country/industry/channel-specific benchmarking for marketing and communication measures, such as email open/click rates, social media reach/engagement on Facebook, Instagram, x, LinkedIn and YouTube, and digital advertising cost/reach/engagement
• Ability to provide benchmarking regarding other common organizational measures, such as employee engagement, brand equity, etc.
