The vendor is required to provide bed ford highway survey services for include:
• Project management plan
• Biweekly progress meetings
• Monthly progress reports
• Meetings, workshops, and associated materials (agendas, minutes, presentations, etc.)
• Draft and final topographic and legal survey report
• Deliverable’s checklist
• Unlocked electronic copies of all project information (report and drawing pdfs, cad files, modelling files, survey files, supporting spreadsheets and calculations, and field notes)
- Develop an understanding of the existing right of way and any associated land ownership or encroachment issues
- The topographic and desktop review data would be used to support land acquisition, infrastructure planning, and design of the highway corridor.

• Accurately determine the legal boundaries of the row.
• Document easements and encroachments
• Identify all recorded easements within the survey area
• Assess encroachments and summarize potential conflicts. locate and document all unauthorized structures and encroachments within the row
• Provide signed and sealed survey report and plans showing row limits and associated cad and gis files.
- Topographic survey and legal survey that shows the location and elevation of all features within the study area, including but not limited to, roadways and sidewalks (extended for 20 meters outside the parcel area), curb and gutter, overhead and underground utility services, signs, light standards, utility poles, electrical transformers (including pole mounted), building corner and footprint of all buildings within the parcel and partial footprint of all buildings within 5 meters of the parcel, driveways, parking lots and walkways, retaining walls, fences, railings, and fire hydrants.
• Spot elevations sufficient to contour the site at 0.25-meter intervals, and contours at 0.25-meter interval.
• Topographic and legal survey returns
o Site plan on reproducible film at suitable metric scale, preferably 1:500, and stamped by a state land surveyor.
o Identify and measure all existing encroachments or obstructions.
o Locate and document physical features such as fences, utility poles, buildings, and natural landmarks within the row.
o Perform necessary boundary retracement to establish or confirm property lines.
o Prepare boundary line determinations and ensure consistency with legal descriptions.
o Identify areas where legal survey plans will be needed to support land acquisitions and sales.
o Digital copies of all field notes, plans, or deeds referred to in the survey.
o Digital copies of site plan in pdf and cad civil 3d formats that meet the standards and requirements outlined in part c of agency municipal design guidelines (2021).
• Traffic control shall be included in the proposal. please consult with the agency temporary traffic control supplement for work conditions and expected hours of work.
• All site inspections shall comply with the state occupational health and safety regulations and agency occupational health and safety guidelines.
