The vendor is required to provide a research partner to provide custom, data-informed decision support services across academic planning, institutional strategy, and stakeholder insights.
- The selected partner will act as an extension of institutional research and planning capacity, conducting research projects that support:
• Overflow capacity or an extension of our team
• Labor market and competitive benchmarking
• Survey development and analysis with students, alumni, employers, or other constituents
• Provide actionable insights for academic program planning
• Literature reviews, and best-practice synthesis
• Ad hoc custom research to inform leadership decision-making
• Deliver professional-quality reports/slides
• Offer a client portal for easy access and resource management.
- The partner will be expected to deliver actionable, professionally formatted reports and provide consultative insights throughout each project.
- Service capabilities
• Ability to conduct both primary research (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups) and secondary research (e.g., literature reviews, benchmarking, labor market analysis).
• Experience with academic program viability analysis, including:
o Labor market demand data integration
o Competitor program scans
o Enrollment trend analysis
• Capacity to support survey instrument development, administration, and analysis, including sampling strategy and reporting.
