Research Analytic Services

The Vendor is required to provide in research analytics and consultative services for all areas of human resources.
- Responsible for the daily management and operation of accounting and auditing systems, the operation of casino activities, the procurement and maintenance of gaming equipment and the casino's game delivery, in addition to security and surveillance.
- Research is to gain meaningful data related to areas such as but not limited to, labour market, talent management, talent acquisitions, total rewards, learning & development, technology, risks and skill gaps.
- Provide detailed data research and advisory services to support agency Human Resource strategic objectives.
- Services include:
•    Strategic data research that is industry sourced, validated and based on current trends. 
•    Access to data-based tools, benchmarks and guidebooks that are readily accessible, reasonable to interpret and communicate.
•    Experienced industry expertise
•    In addition to the research analytic services and industry expertise, the proponent may offer value-added services, such as but not limited to; global network of peers (conferences, forums, online communities and case studies).
