Consultant for Polling and Research Services

The vendor is required to provide consultant for polling and research services for include:
1. Research and analysis
•    Design and implement sophisticated public opinion surveys
•    Conduct advanced statistical analysis of survey data
•    Produce high-quality research reports on state politics and public policy
•    Lead specialized projects including state of black state and Juneteenth research
2. Academic integration
•    Provide instruction and mentorship to undergraduate and graduate students
•    Supervise student research projects and training workshops
3. Integrate research activities with EMPA program objectives
•    Collaborate with faculty on research initiatives
4. Public outreach and media relations
•    Conduct strategic media outreach to enhance institutional visibility
•    Provide expert commentary on state political developments
•    Represent university and the center in public forums
•    Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets
5. Institutional development
•    Raise awareness of center programs and research
•    Enhance university reputation in political science and public policy
•    Develop partnerships with other research institutions and organizations
•    Contribute to grant writing and funding acquisition efforts.
