Demographic Study Services

The Vendor is required to provide to conduct a demographic study and analysis of student enrollment patterns.
- Provide a thorough demographic analysis of the district to provide reliable enrollment projections for all attendance areas.
- The selected vendor will compile and analyze the data needed to develop a comprehensive demographic and enrollment projection study that forecasts population and household growth in the district from 2026-2031 and 2031-2040.
- The study should provide detailed demographic information about the District as a whole and about the individual attendance zones within the District. 
- The study should breakdown enrollment projections by year, grade, and school, including socioeconomic, racial and ethic characteristics of students. 
- The study should be able to provide projections for modified attendance zones.
- Considerations should be given to all factors impacting enrollment across the District, including, but not limited to, industrial growth, live births to residents, age and size of population, non-public school enrollments, and residential housing units, both current and anticipated. Projected changes or demographic shifts of overall and/or student population should be noted.
