- Academic Program Evaluation
•    Assess the optimal enrollment size for each program to ensure sustainability and scalability.
•    Evaluate faculty requirements and resource allocation needed to support program delivery.
•    Develop a financial model to predict return on investment (ROI) for each academic program. This should include a formula-based budget model for academic programs to allocate operational and personnel funding, and course level review should be included.
