Compliance and Surveying Services

The Vendor is required to provide compliance and surveying services.
- Conduct a site visit at each of the identified facilities to identify and compile a list of all products that required reporting under the worker and community right to know act at each facility.
- Input all reportable chemicals into the RTK survey online system.
- Provide a list of all containers that do not meet RTK act requirements broken down by facility and location within the facility.
- Anticipate up to five (5) return visits to county facilities due to access/coordination issues.
- Provide right to know training in compliance with the worker and community right to know act and regulations in both in person and virtual formats.
