- Lacks a fully managed disaster recovery environment capable of hosting its critical systems—serving over 10,000 students across three campuses—in the event of a disaster
- Existing backup‐only strategies do not provide system availability within acceptable recovery time objectives (RTOS).
- Extended outages, jeopardizing academic continuity, administrative operations, and student services.
- Provide a co‐located restore environment where at least 30 x86 and 10 IBM power workloads operate seamlessly together, ensuring compatibility with agency existing infrastructure.
- Solution must include rack space for dedicated firewalls and backup appliances managed and owned by agency to ensure security and control, internet bandwidth and ipv4 resources to support hosting our services.
