Survey Services

The Vendor is required to provide for survey services.
- These efforts is to convert 167 parcels from a septic system to the city sewer system.
- Survey Services are intended to consist of thorough project understanding and full-service responsible charge of all survey services immediately following award of contract including survey services, and public outreach.
- Survey Services team will have the following primary responsibilities:
o    Coordinate and conduct project kickoff meeting
o    Public outreach
o    Develop and send out right of entry requests to both owners and occupants of 167 parcels (notices will be sent to both the owner’s mailing address and the address of the property, if they are different). Notices will be in both English and Spanish, city shall provide template in English and Spanish.
o    Follow ups with phone calls and email to obtain confirmation and to coordinate and schedule entry.
o    The purpose of the survey is to take elevations at front of homes, at high and low points and locations of the onsite utilities that are along the alignment of the proposed private on-site sewer lateral. Identify the location and invert elevation of existing and accessible sanitary sewer cleanouts.
o    Compile data into a survey base map drawing at a 1” = 20’ scale.
o    Provide digital copy of the topographic survey base map drawing in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2023 format
