The Vendor is required to provide competitive sealed proposals from qualified consultants to assist in reviewing, benchmarking, and updating the District’s employee supplement schedules.
- The consultant will work with district leadership to ensure schedules are competitive, equitable, and aligned with best practices.
- District intends to engage a consultant with expertise in school district operations and compensation structures to:
• Evaluate existing supplement schedules;
• Benchmark with comparable districts;
• Recommend updates aligned with district feedback; and
• Provide a transition plan for implementation beginning with the 2026–2027 school year.
- Principals and school leaders have provided feedback indicating that the current supplement structure requires review and updates.
- Review Current Practices
• Analyze existing supplement schedules.
• Assess alignment with responsibilities, time commitments, and district goals.
- Benchmarking and Best Practices
• Research supplement schedules in neighboring and comparable districts.
• Identify best practices for competitiveness, equity, and sustainability.
- Recommendations for Updates
• Develop proposed updated supplement schedules with supporting data.
• Present draft and final recommendations to district leadership.
- Transition Planning
• Recommend a process for transitioning from current to updated supplement schedules.
• Provide guidance on stakeholder communication and phased implementation, if necessary.
