Child Care Market Rate Survey Services

The Vendor is required to provide a child care market rate survey.
- Attend the designated children’s cabinet meetings, to provide and elicit feedback regarding the statewide survey, methodology, and data points.
- Obtain and incorporate child care provider feedback in the development of the survey tool through the use of advisory groups, which may include the children’s cabinet and any other designated, established group of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the department to respond to comments and requests for documentation and explanation regarding methodologies used to determine the narrow cost analysis and child care market rates in the final report.
- Market Rates and costs of Child Care Services in each of state sixteen (16) counties, using subgroups of:
o    Age groups;
o    Daily and weekly use;
o    Part-Time and Full-Time use; and
o    Child Care Provider type.
