Resident Employee and Business Satisfaction Survey Services

The vendor required to provide consultant to assist in the development, administration, and analysis of the city’s community, employee, and business surveys which make up the signature survey program.
- Signature surveys
1. Community survey
•    The city is committed to maintaining high standards of quality of life for its residents. 
•    The community survey is conducted annually to evaluate resident satisfaction with city infrastructure, programs, and services and to benchmark agency against similar sized cities and high-performing cities.
2. Employee survey
•    The city upholds high standards for its employees and being an employer of choice. 
•    The employee survey is conducted biennially to assess employee satisfaction levels and to benchmark agency against similar sized cities. 
•    The employee survey is administered in “even” years.
3. Business survey
•    The city maintains rigorous standards for services provided to local businesses. 
•    The business survey is conducted biennially to evaluate business satisfaction levels with city infrastructure, programs, and services and to benchmark agency against similar sized cities. 
•    The business survey is conducted in “odd” years.
