The Vendor is required to provide to select a highly qualified and experienced research and software firm (“Consultant”) to develop, execute, and manage visitor analytics/user count and visitor survey(s) within the public park known as Park with primary focus on the 2026 summer season and interest for full-year analysis and ongoing visitor data tracking (the “Services”).
- The Consultant will be expected to provide the following:
• Develop (in consultation with agency) and execute a strategic methodology for capturing visitor analytics;
• Determine the best combination of data capture hardware and software to meet agency goals, and work within any agency limitations;
• Work with agency staff to install necessary hardware;
• Manage data analysis and reporting to track key metrics such as total pedestrian and bicycle traffic, visitor dwell time, directional flow, repeat vs. Unique visitors, and visitor behaviors;
• Perform data analysis to permit agency to easily understand visitor behavior;
• Conduct supplemental visitor surveys to gather additional demographic and qualitative, visitor experience, and feedback information, in strategic execution with key periods and events; and
• Provide monthly, seasonal, and annual breakdowns, with optional ongoing reporting.
- To the extent the Consultant proposes an in-person and in-park component to the services, the consultant will be required to have a sufficient number of staff available in the park during regular operating hours to ensure proper conduct of the services.
