Emergency Response and Disaster Recovery Services

The Vendor is required to provide Emergency Response and Disaster Recovery Services, including hazardous debris removal and disposal resulting from natural disasters or other emergency situations.
- Provide Emergency Response & Disaster Recovery Services and hazardous debris removal and disposal due to a natural disaster or emergency situation in accordance with all local, state and federal guidelines
- All phases of emergency management, including:
•    Preparedness
•    Response
•    Recovery
•    Restoration
•    Mitigation
- Debris Operations Requirements
•    Removal of hazardous trees, limbs, and stumps.
•    Gathering, collection, loading, hauling, and disposal of all vegetative debris.
•    Removal and disposal of construction and demolition debris from all College properties and/or rights-of-way.
•    Transportation and disposal of debris to a Department or other locally permitted disposal site, as directed by the College.
- Debris Operations Delivery Requirements
•    All hazardous tree trimming, debris removal, and hauling shall be completed within forty-five (45) days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP).
•    Extensions may be granted in writing upon request and College approval.
•    The contractor shall complete all required work at one site before proceeding to the next unless otherwise authorized by the College.
•    College representatives will monitor progress and determine site completion.
•    Stump removal must occur within three (3) days after completion of associated tree and debris removal activities.

•    24/7 emergency response
•    Damage assessment, demolition, and reconstruction

- Mold Remediation
•    Inspection, containment, and removal of mold contamination in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Emergency Pre-Planning
•    Development and implementation of emergency preparedness strategies and resource plans.
- Water, Flood, and Storm Damage Restoration
•    Mold mitigation and water extraction
•    Wind, lightning, tornado, and sinkhole damage repair
•    Tree damage removal and repair
•    Black water and sewage cleanup
•    Temporary tarp installation and contents pack-out and storage
