The Vendor is required to provide Emergency Response and Disaster Recovery Services, including hazardous debris removal and disposal resulting from natural disasters or other emergency situations.

• Preparedness

- Debris Operations Requirements
• Removal of hazardous trees, limbs, and stumps.
• Gathering, collection, loading, hauling, and disposal of all vegetative debris.
• Removal and disposal of construction and demolition debris from all College properties and/or rights-of-way.
• Transportation and disposal of debris to a Department or other locally permitted disposal site, as directed by the College.
- Debris Operations Delivery Requirements
• All hazardous tree trimming, debris removal, and hauling shall be completed within forty-five (45) days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP).
• Extensions may be granted in writing upon request and College approval.
• The contractor shall complete all required work at one site before proceeding to the next unless otherwise authorized by the College.
• College representatives will monitor progress and determine site completion.
• Stump removal must occur within three (3) days after completion of associated tree and debris removal activities.
