The Vendor is required to provide for surveyors to perform land surveying services on behalf of the bureau.
- Topographic Surveys – including traverse, data collection, computations, plotting and editing of the field collected data. A final electronic version in the format of County's current version of AutoCAD.
- Boundary Surveys – including land record research, deed mosaic, traverse, data collection, computations, boundary worksheet, property corner stakeout and final plat signed and sealed by a state registered Land Surveyor. A final electronic version of the deed mosaic, boundary worksheet and survey plat in the format of County’s current version of AutoCAD.
- Global Positioning System (GPS) Surveys – including "Survey-Grade" mission planning, field data collection, field stakeout and post processing of dual frequency GPS data capable of sub-centimeter accuracy. "Mapping-Grade" mission planning, field data collection, field stakeout and post processing of GPS data capable of sub-meter accuracy. All static GPS data to be submitted in a RINEX format with the field observation log sheets.
- Construction Stakeout – including computations for layout, field stakeout and cut sheet preparation.
- 3D Digital Scanning – County may be requesting specific surveys be performed using 3D digital scanning. Surveyors will be allowed to provide an hourly rate, which would be added to the field crews' rate, to cover the use/rental of the equipment. This fee would be used whether the work was performed using the surveyor "in-house" staff or if a SubSurveyor performed the work. Deliverables may be required in an electronic version in the format of County’s current version of AutoCAD or Trimble Business Center.
