The Vendor is required to provide compensation study services for include:
• Analysis of each of our positions within the professional, management and administration (PMA) and the executive staff classification; reviewing each PMA job description, determining comparable market positions and recommending updates, if necessary
• Review all PMA positions with peer and market comparable organizations to determine appropriate pay rates.

• This project is intended to be a comprehensive review of all PMA and executive staff job classifications, base salaries and total compensation.
• Must include resumes for all consultant(s) qualifications assigned to this project, including previous experience with classification analysis, total compensation study work experiences, and a client list.
