The Vendor is required to provide Title Search Services in connection with the in rem tax foreclosure proceedings for county.
- Provide a minimum of 30-year history for each parcel. A full copy of the latest recorded deed of record shall be provided for each parcel. In addition, full copies of any deeds that may affect the current occupancy, easements and/or restrictions shall be provided.
- Provide a minimum of 30-year history search for each parcel.
- The full name and address of each mortgage holder for which there is no full or complete satisfaction of mortgage recorded shall be supplied as well as a copy of the recording page, the first page of mortgage showing the mortgage holder’s name(s) and address (es) as well as the dollar amount loaned and the page containing the description of the property.
- Copies of succeeding documents filed pertaining to the original open mortgage, such as consolidations, extensions, modifications, assignments, assumptions, spreaders, and/or riders shall also include a copy of the recording page, the first page, and the page containing the description of the property.
