Public Opinion Research Services

The Vendor is required to provide full range of services related to public opinion surveys including:
• Develop of the survey instrument proposed for a public opinion poll and the methodology to be employed for a statistically valid sampling of the region, including guidance and recommendations on best practices for survey methodology.
• Provide English and Spanish versions of the survey.
• Conduct data collection for the survey.
• Provide a written report on survey results. The final report will include at a minimum the framework and methodology used; the tabulation of all calls and/or contacts made as part of the survey; the tabulation of survey results, key findings, and detailed findings (i.e., top-lines, and cross tabs); and conclusions and recommendations for future water conservation messaging and avenues for communication with area residents.
• Provide separate presentations to agency staff and other organizations.
