The Vendor is required to provide geothermal specialists to budgetary estimates and preliminary feasibility assessments for deploying ground-source heat pump (GSHP and geothermal) systems at key municipal facilities, in addition to other recommended geothermal applications potentially suited for the city.
- Key tasks:
• Desktop resource and load assessment
• Technical feasibility screening (with specific attention to focus areas such as snowmelt at the new rec center, explore Tahoe, and city parking garage)
• Economic and incentive analysis
• Regulatory and risk overview
• Deliverables (technical memos per site, consolidated summary, phased recommendations, presentation materials).
