The Vendor is required to provide surveying services on an on-call basis for specific projects. Services shall consist of, but not necessarily limited to, the following:
1. Topographic survey
• Conduct field topographic survey in accordance with the manual of practice for land surveying in state
• Establish control points
• Surveyed cross-sections of canals, channels, roadways, etc.
• Locate property boundaries, easements, rights-of-ways, fee strips, etc.
• Locate all other observable topographic features
• Develop tin surface from collected data
• Provide AutoCAD (version 2018 or later), GIS shapefiles, point files, and pdf drawings of collected data.
• Final deliverables should be sufficient for planning and design purposes.
• Conduct terrestrial laser scanning, Lidar, and utilization of drones.
2. Boundary survey
• Conduct boundary survey in accordance with the manual of practice for land surveying in state
• Narrative metes and bounds, as well as a survey exhibit for each including GIS shapefiles.
• Coordinate on obtaining current property information (deeds, owner information, easements, etc.)
• Locate all property lines, easements, rights-of-ways, etc.
• Set benchmarks, iron rods, control points, etc.
• Assist in land acquisition efforts and any potential platting services
3. Hydrographic and bathymetric survey
• Provide various levels of hydrographic and bathymetric surveying, including use of drones, on lakes, reservoirs, canals, etc.
4. Subsurface utility engineering (sue)
• Perform various levels of sue, include quality level a
• Perform non-destructive test holes on various types of utilities
• Document utility type, material, owner, sizes, horizontal and vertical location, etc.
