The Vendor is required to provide product support and market research to execution-oriented support focused on agency product portfolio, product development priorities, and related market research.
- Requirements:
• Integrate findings from agency -hosted focus groups, customer insights, demand data from commercial and municipal partners, and related stakeholder feedback into product assessment, design, validation, and prioritization activities, supplementing with additional data sources as needed.
• Conduct opportunity assessment and prioritization for selected product concepts/areas or partnership models identified by agency, using a consistent assessment framework covering customer demand, market opportunity, viability, partner fit, financeability, scalability, replicability, and key risks and mitigants.
• This includes providing an assessment of each selected product or customer solution, including recommendation on deployment priority, provider/channel fit, and next-step pathway.
• Perform analysis for selected products, as directed by agency, to support decisions regarding product viability, partner fit, deployment pathway, and near-term execution priorities.
• This includes providing a consolidated business case summarizing the product opportunity and financing pathways (estimated 3-6 per year).
• Prepare supporting materials needed to advance selected offerings to support market entry and deployment strategy, including channel configuration, partner sequencing, and go-to-market approach.
• May include product briefs, partner-facing summaries, diligence materials, interview guides, impact and GHG analyses and requirements-gathering materials.
