• Create content to support town staff presentations for planning commission and board of trustees meetings (anticipate presentations for draft and final plan updates)
- Comprehensive plan updates
• Create a water supply element – incorporate the town’s water source development plan and incorporate any additional sections needed to address all state-required components.
• Create a strategic growth element – incorporate all state-required components, including but not limited to, an analysis of vacant, underutilized, and undeveloped sites.
• Incorporate strategies, policies, and goals for vital landscapes and resources.
• Ensure consistency with guidance, and existing town policies.
