Professional Surveying and Mapping Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional surveying and mapping services may include, but are not limited to, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, certified survey maps (CSMs), plats of survey, legal descriptions, construction staking, as-built surveys, benchmark and control point establishment, aerial drone surveying, and other professional surveying services required to support landfill operations, environmental compliance, infrastructure improvements, and site development projects.
- Work may include, but is not be limited to:
• Boundary surveys
• Certified survey maps (CSMs)
• Plats of survey
• Preliminary and final plats
• Legal descriptions
• Construction staking
• Topographic surveying and mapping
• As-built surveys/construction documentation
• Benchmark / control point installation
- May also request assistance with aerial drone surveying, work may include, but is not be limited to:
• Aerial photography/videography
• Topographic surveying and mapping
• Advanced imaging (temperature, methane emissions, etc.)
