Provide compensation study services to the Agency as it relates to its personnel.
- PROJECT INITIATION AND PLANNING
• Conduct a kickoff meeting with key stakeholders.
• Define project goals, timeline, deliverables, and communication protocols.
• Identify positions, employee groups, and locations included in the study.
• Review organizational strategy, workforce structure, and compensation
- DATA COLLECTION AND REVIEW
The Contractor shall review and analyze:
• Current salary schedules and pay grades.
• Employee compensation data to include the Agency’s bonus structure.
• Position descriptions and organizational charts.
• Benefits and total rewards information. The Agency will provide information at the project initiation and planning meeting.
• Review the status of exempt and non-exempt positions and analyze against Grade Schedule
- JOB ANALYSIS AND POSITION BENCHMARKING
The Contractor shall:
• Review position descriptions for accuracy and consistency.
• Identify benchmark positions for market comparison.
• Evaluate job duties, responsibilities, qualifications, and reporting relationships.
• Group positions into appropriate job families and classifications
- COMPENSATION STRUCTURE EVALUATION
• Assess the effectiveness of current pay grades, bands, and salary ranges.
• Review range spreads, midpoint progression, and grade placement.
• Evaluate salary administration practices.
• Determine whether existing structures support organizational objectives
