The Vendor is required to provide network and datacenter services of network products including, call manager, UCS, NetApp, meraki SDWAN, meraki wireless, cisco telepresence, fire power, ACI, catalyst center, ISE, juniper, CIENA (helpful), and any other cisco or related product; provide system configuration services and help with troubleshooting network and datacenter problems; for critical issues, the contractor shall provide 24/7 on-call support with a guaranteed initial response time of 15 minutes via phone or ticketing system.
