Internet Service

The vendor is required to provide internet service for include:
• To supply and install necessary software, hardware, application, network infrastructure and connections for the university being able to access and connect to internet;
• To provide a technical design description of the service, detailing the network connectivity from university campus to the proponent's upstream peering arrangements;
• To provide a delivery schedule, including design, system, supply, installation and commissioning;
• Provide contracted internet services;
• To provide maintenance and technical support;
• To upgrades the system during the contract period, if applicable.
