ITS Network Maintenance and Monitoring Services

The Vendor is required to provide IT support companies interested in providing professional network monitoring and maintenance services for county.
- The work will consist of an annual monitoring and maintenance package for county Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) network.
- Provide the department, division a package of network monitoring, maintenance, and support services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for the ITS network and its vital components.
- Services include:
• Be able to provide proof from manufacturer as a cisco premier or gold partner,
• Shall have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in integrating, maintaining, and supporting ATMS / ITS networks in a metropolitan or statewide environment,
• Shall have advanced experience with IP routers and switches, cybersecurity (such as firewalls, ids/IPS,
VPN, and encryption), data centers (virtualization and business continuity), and digitization of transportation infrastructure,
• Shall have cisco CCIE and CCNP/CCDP certified staff,
• Have a physical office within 3 hours of city traffic management center (TMC) located state.
• Be authorized by the state and cisco systems to provide cisco hardware/services via a statewide contract.

- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
