Cloud Public Key Infrastructure and Network Security Services

The Vendor is required to provide to implement a cloud-based public key infrastructure (PKI) and associated network security features enabled by a public key infrastructure on our devices and network.
- Provide for a cloud-based solution that will work with our MDM platforms to deploy certificates to our end-user devices for use in network and account security.
- Looking to implement 802.1x authentication for our networks, certificate based authentication MFA, Dynamic VLAN segmentation, and EAP-TLS.
- End-user Devices
•    All of our end-user managed devices are managed through a cloud-based MDM.
•    Windows10/11 devices are EntraID-joined enrolled into Intune.
•    ChromeOS devices are enrolled into Google Admin Console
•    Apple MacOS devices are enrolled into JAMF Pro
•    Apple iPadOS devices are enrolled into JAMF Pro
•    Apple iOS devices are enrolled into Intune
•    Android phone devices are enrolled into Intune via the Knox portal
•    Android-based interactive flat panel displays, Clevertouch, are managed through a dedicated MDM platform, CleverMDM, provided by Radix.
- The 8500 router connects to a Fort iGATE 2601 UTM and then to a Cisco Nexus 9K switch. 
- The Nexus 9K switch connects to a Cisco ASR 9002 which is where all the fiber WAN connections to our sites terminate.
- The solution must be consistent with the most current design & best practices, and must be highly reliable and scalable, offering to the greatest practical degree of resiliency, Equipment must be tagged in accordance with district standards.
- Services will include maintenance support capabilities 24 hours a day 365 days per year, and for incident purposes normal business hours are 6am-6pm EST.
